A great series of books are the Rich Dad Poor Dad series, from Robert Kiyosaki. The Rich Dad books are all very similar (overall provide the same core information), but each focuses on different areas of finances.

Suze Orman is another great souce of financial information. Suze's straight forward attitude, with her teachings that point to every individual as the source of their own financial problems, is a great inspiration. She is usually right.Grab a copy of her great selling book "The Courage to Be Rich" and start learning. 
 

Note: Real learning cannot be taught in a classroom. The classroom introduces you to concepts. You must experience mistakes, and good decisions to really learn. Once you understand concepts from books and the classroom, when you actually start doing and experiencing things, life  will become your real teacher.
